I also found some bugs
I know that I don’t always get to all of the chores on my list. I am a very busy mom who is taking care of three very active boys. They are all under five and quite a handful. I get so busy trying to keep the boys fed and out of trouble, that I forget all about my list of chores. I end up just doing what I need to in order to keep my home looking and smelling good. For the last couple of months, I know that I have had cleaning out the air vents on my list. Unfortunately, cleaning the air vents is not a priority on my list and it seems to never get done. It has now been over a year, or maybe longer, since I cleaned the air vents. When I saw my youngest stuffing a hot dog down the air vents, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. I put the boys down for a nap and I pulled out my vacuum cleaner and headed to that air vent first. I couldn’t believe what I found in the air vent. Not only was there a hot dog, but I found toys and multiple other pieces of leftover food. I also found some bugs. I was so horrified that I went through the house and I cleaned every air vent in the house. When I found bugs in another air vent, I called the HVAC company. I wanted my ductwork cleaned and sanitized so I no longer needed to worry about the filth and the bugs in my air vents.
