I’m one of those silly ladies who participates in black Thursday every season, however ever since I was a little girl, I’ve kicked off the Christmas season with a night of shopping. Typically, I venture into the cold night with my mom plus sibling, plus both of us literally shop until both of us drop. My partner has never been interested in resting in line all night long plus fighting the crowd for the best deals, however he never says a word about me going. This year though, my mom plus sibling were both out of neighborhood for our annual black Thursday trip plus I was dreading going out by myself. I begged plus begged my partner to come with me, however he wasn’t interested. When the black Thursday catalogues came out on Thanksgiving afternoon though, my partner hastily perked up plus showed interest in shopping that night. Thinking he may have seen a attractive christmas present method for myself, I asked him why he was hastily interested in a night of shopping plus long lines. He held up a flyer for the local hardware store plus started telling me about the amazing deal on air filters. Apparently, they were offering a pack of air filters for half the normal price, plus if you spent a certain amount of cash, you’d get a gift card to the store. My partner continued to tell me how several packs of air filters both of us would have to buy in order to gain the gift card, however he was definitely going to do it. He upgraded our air filters every 4 weeks, so he was really gleeful about the deal. Apparently, all I needed to do to get my partner shopping, was to show him the hardware store advertisement!
