I know that there are millions of excuses for why kids can’t do their homework or why they didn’t have their homework in the morning, however this week, I truthfully had a single of the greatest excuses of all time.
- Today, the oil furnace on our university bus completely melted everything in my backpack.
In fact, most of my textbooks, my backpack, plus anything else were fused together because of the oil furnace. Now, it is the middle of the summer, plus the people I was with and I don’t usually have the oil furnace turned on while in the summer, and every one of us really did have the air conditioner running on the bus, however the people I was with and I were noticing that, even though the air conditioner was running, the bus was start to suppose really hot. Every one of us begged the bus driver to turn the air conditioner higher, but he told us that the air conditioner couldn’t get any colder. Near the end of the ride, the bus driver pulled the bus over plus checked something in the back. He started to realize that the oil furnace was running alongside the air conditioner, however the oil furnace was running at full power for absolutely no reason. The thermostat was not turned to heating at all, however there was something wrong with the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit on the bus, but when the people I was with and I got to university, I went to opening my backpack up, plus the people I was with and I all observed that our stuff was ruined by the oil furnace. It heated the floor up so much that it melted our stuff. It was a weird day for all of us because of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C units.
