We have been trying to save money to buy a apartment for the past 3 years.
We own a house now but it is way too small for our growing family as well as all of us knew all of us needed to buy a larger 1… As it is all of us have numerous kids sharing the same living room as well as while they are small this is not the concern but within the next couple of years all of us think that all of us will need to have additional space for them, the concern comes when you have to consistently make repairs on the place all of us live in now as well as all of us are regularly experiencing some sort of drawback! I have to say that the greatest headache that all of us experienced was our Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea because all of us were having it repaired on a yearly basis just to keep it running.
We undoubtedly gave up on the a/c portion because all of us felt it was better to just deal with the heat as well as humidity as opposed to paying out more to have it fixed. We have no option but to service the oil furnace if it goes down but when all of us took a look at the expenses over the past all of us decided that all of us could have bought an entire current idea with what all of us have spent on repairs. The old Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was literally sucking us dry when it came to our bank account so all of us decided to go in to talk to the supplier as well as see if there was a way to replace it… Spending that significant amount of money up front would have been difficult but they provided a charming finance idea that would allow us to pay the current idea off over 6 weeks with no interest. They also pointed out the savings that all of us would see in our overall energy cost as well as this was enjoy music to our ears.
