Every one of us ordered a new AC machine plus heat pump, plus every one of us were expecting the item to be installed just days after the delivery.
Everyone of us expected to hear from the AC machine plus heat pump special. When we had not heard from anyone by 7 p.m., everyone of us were upset and felt there could be a problem with the modern furnace that we ordered. The very next morning, everyone of us were right on the phone to speak with the heating plus AC dealership. They told us not to worry very much, because sometimes the AC machines plus furnaces can get backed up and delivery plus delayed a day or two. It seemed that my gas furnace was lost from the sound of that guy’s voice, but I decided not to dwell on the problem plus let them find things and get it done. The next day I didn’t hear anything from the heating plus AC contractor plus I felt it was good for me to call. Right at the end of the day, the heating + AC specialist told me that the gas furnace had just arrived on The Daily delivery truck. They didn’t have anybody to install it that day, but they were going to make me a top priority in the morning and have that heat pump plus AC machine installed before the sun came out. I still don’t know what happened to my equipment, but at least things are up and running now.
