Old condo, new Heating and Air Conditioning

After a wild several years at university earning our degree I have now had to move back in with our parents; I suppose it’s not the worst thing in the world to have to move back in with your parents, in fact it has been a pretty great deal so far.

I don’t have to spend our savings any rent, our parents whip up great meals for supper, and I no longer have to deal with noisy roommates, but the only thing that I am not enjoying while residing back with our parents is dealing with all of the noise that the Heating and Air Conditioning plan tends to make. I can be a man that exaggerates things, but when I tell you that the constant banging and screeching noises that come from the outdated Heating and Air Conditioning plan keep me up all evening I mean it. I have only been residing here for a month and I have already offered to cover half of the fees in order to get an Heating and Air Conditioning contractor in here to repair things up, but for whatever reason our parents are not willing to do so, then apparently all of the things in the condo belonged to our Grandparents before they passed on so our Mom is still too sentimental to move onto more current things. I suppose it’s their condo and it’s up to them what they do and don’t upgrade. I suppose a single thing, however, as long as that outdated Heating and Air Conditioning plan is still making all that sound at evening I will be as motivated as ever to save up money and get the heck out of here.
