I am an HVAC technician, and I am also the owner of the smallest HVAC company in my town.
Sure, there are many other HVAC companies in our area that are more successful and larger, but this HVAC company is my very own.
I am confident that I will eventually own the largest HVAC company in the city if I work hard. I have been an HVAC technician since I graduated, and I always dreamed that I would be able to start my own HVAC company. I spent most of the years working for another HVAC company, making another HVAC technician rich. However, I decided to start fresh and start my own HVAC company. For the last few months, I have been running this HVAC company while also working. I don’t have enough employees or paperwork to stay off the field yet, and I am not sure that I want to stop working as an HVAC technician altogether. I love working in the field, and I love working with other HVAC technicians. However, there are tough parts of being the owner of an HVAC company. For instance, I just fired my first HVAC technician today, which was not an easy decision to make. I knew that I was going to have to fire this HVAC technician eventually. The HVAC technician was very combative, and he was always trying to disobey my requests or my rules. Finally, he decided to do his own thing instead of working while he was on the clock, and I had no choice but to fire him.
