Most of us aren’t up for a bunch of changes in our lives. However, change is also a section of residing in this reality. Choosing something to do that is out of the norm is okay because it is section of evolving as a human being. Honestly, I would appreciate to come beach house every single afternoon, put our feet up in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort, have a cocktail, eat our favorite meal and sleep soundly. But, that scenario is a bit of a fantasy to pull off each afternoon. I have to do what’s best for me and our family every single afternoon because I am an adult. Selling a beach house is a change that is particularally disruptive and scary. I hate all the packing and chaos that insues. However, dealing with real estate professionals is no picnic either. The last a single I dealt with was no treat at all. As he was walking in the door he was telling me what a piece of garbage our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C method was. Seriously, no salutations or pleasantries, just right into the extreme critique of our home. It went on and on with the list of items that would need an immediate money outlay. It appeared that our entire beach house was just a dump. Obviously, there are replaces that have to happen to get the best price for a home. However, I knew instantly that this was not someone that I would be able to deal with. Both of us are currently attempting to find another realtor. But, he was spot on about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C issue. Our system all along was to replace the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C to a new, state of the art model as Heating, Ventilation, and A/C is a fundamental issue when attempting to sell a house.
