Everybody has different HVAC systems at our new condo

I actually spent the last 2 months slowly moving into my new condo.

  • It was totally dreadful.

Although I figured it would only take multiple weeks, it took about 8 in full if I include the extra weeks I spent painting at our new property. The reason why it took such a long while is because I had little help until the very end. My mother is totally disabled as well as is bed ridden almost every afternoon. Although years ago she moved my sister as well as I by herself many times, these afternoons she needs help just getting around, so I am her full time caregiver pretty much. With those tremendous responsibilities, the move was so challenging that it caught me completely off guard. Despite the difficult process, it is nearly over. I have fully moved all of our possessions to our new condo as well as we managed to turn in the keys to our rental about a week as well as a half ago. However, I still have a residing room entirely full of boxes that I have to slowly task on whittling down whenever I have free time away from my task as well as my caregiver responsibilities. Although many of these condos here are standardized, it seems basically like all the people had completely different brand heating as well as cooling equipment. They are all traditional split-style HVAC equipment. Every single condenser looks easily different from the next. Ours is rather large, but our next door neighbor’s HVAC condenser is easily tiny by comparison. I don’t actually know if they run theirs often because I never hear their condenser. It might run for several minutes roughly 6 times per day at the most, even in the hot season. I am very amazed they manage to get away with barely any a/c because our weather conditions are truly warm. Although, I’ll admit, I absolutely rely too much on my heating as well as cooling equipment.
