After years of complaining about the way that our living situation looks, our partner plus I are finally making some swings plus improvements around the home.
The people I was with and I moved into this small farmhouse far outside of the town nearly many years ago with the hopes of fixing some things up to make it recognize more like our own, but with work plus all of the other surprises of life we had completely put it off; Now that we have finally put the excuses aside plus have made some significant swings however, we are wondering how we didn’t make any of these swings sooner, however one of the several things that I was determined to do was ditch the fireplace in the kitchen as our main heating source plus have a new heated gas furnace installed instead.
I love the look that the fireplace gives to the home, but the dry plus polluted air it tends to create has actually messed with our pollen irritations as of late, then fortunately for us I have a cousin who lives in the town that works as an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C maintenance tech, plus with his help plus the benefit of the “relative discount” we were able to obtain plus install our brand new heated gas furnace all for a cheap price. Once we had that checked off our list we have now started to remodel the kitchen so it looks like we aren’t stuck in the 1972’s anymore. The people I was with and I still have a long way to go before we will be 100% satisfied, but so far I am pretty damn proud of the hard work we have put in.
