Over the last many years my spouse and I have gotten into a absolutely unbelievable routine when it comes to our kid! We both labor full time jobs that all of us have to be early in the afternoon, so planning and preparation is severely important in order to get her dropped off at afternooncare and get to labor on time.
Well, this afternoon as I pulled up to my daughters afternooncare I was greeted with a lady telling myself and others that the afternooncare had no choice however to be closed for the afternoon, as there was mold found in the air conditioner ducts and would need to be replaced and checked before opening again… I had no other locale where I would be able to drop my kid off for the afternoon, so I ended up having to call my boss and take a personal afternoon, and despite the fact that this wasn’t how I thought my afternoon would go, I ended up having a wonderful afternoon with my daughter.
In order to escape the Summer heat after spending an hour at the park I ended up taking here to the ice cream store so she could indulge in an ice cream cone and I could have access to an overpowered air conditioner system, but to be even-handed I am still not sure which 1 of us appreciated that visit more, but after that all of us checked out a teenagers museum, and before all of us knew it the afternoon was already coming to a close. I had such a fun afternoon with my kid that I am starting to hope the air conditioner concern at afternooncare does not get fixed for awhile so I can keep having afternoons full of fun with my daughter.
