Updating my propane boiler proposal piece by piece

Eventually I am going to have a up-to-date boiler system; I am just toiling piece by piece… Every Wintertide a portion of my boiler proposal rusts, corrodes and it bursts… Water then floods my basement for days before I notice, however then I have to call a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company to do the boiler service and I have to rent a sump pump to remove the water in the basement.

It is an endless cycle every winter, usually it is a piece of piping that breaks due to just being old.

The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company removes the ancient piece and replaces it with brand up-to-date metal! My boiler sort of reminds me of Edward Scissorhands, certain parts of it look brand up-to-date and great, however other parts are downright horrifying. It is a patchtoil of ancient and up-to-date parts. I keep thinking that eventually the entire boiler will basically be new. I prefer my heating proposal and want it to keep going. I consistently favor making the heating system service over ripping it out with something new, and boilers are said to live 50 to 80 years ancient if you have the replacement parts, and as long as my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional has the parts, I want them. I keep trying to bullying him into redoing the whole boiler proposal with all up-to-date parts. The guy refuses to do that unless the heating system part is absolutely rusted, broken or worn, and he absolutely realizes I am trying to just get a brand up-to-date boiler system, however have it slowly rebuilt over time. I bet it is cheaper than buying a up-to-date 1.
