I will be the first to admit that my wife and I are incredibly spoiled by radiant heated floors. We don’t even like to go to restaurants these days because most places do not have radiant heated floors. We will usually pick up food to go and bring it back home, and then we enjoy watching our favorite shows while enjoying our meal with the perfect temperature control settings. There seriously is nothing more pleasant than feeling that radiant heating coming up from the floors. Then one day, I asked my wife if she would love to go camping. She just gave me a look like I should know that camping wouldn’t be comfortable without radiant heating. That’s when I told her about the heater mats that I purchased that we could place on our air mattress and it would keep us perfectly warm. It was kind of like radiant heated floors, and it would be an enjoyable camping experience for us. She agreed to go when she learned about the heater mats and so we packed and went on our way. It actually was a pretty excellent experience being out in nature next to a river that provided some good background noise. I think I loved being around the fireplace the most, and I actually wished that we had a fireplace back at home.
