She got food delivered used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She is even able to order desserts online. My sister lost a lot of weight, close to 80 lb, before the wedding. But then she started getting worried that she would gain all of that weight back if she stopped using the nutritional training plan. She didn’t even want to have her wedding catered because of all of the carbs and oils that most caterers use when cooking. I was surprised with \ what she came up with to get around this. My sister decided to have her local meal prep service deliver food for her wedding. They didn’t serve the food, like a caterer would, instead, everybody just picked up a trey and ate that. There were a few choices to choose from but all of them were very healthy and nutritious. I got the burrito bowl and my boyfriend got the chicken meal. Both were very good. I have to wonder how much this cost my sister and her husband though. I know those meal delivery services are not cheap. However, neither are caterers. I guess it’s more important that my sister got what she wanted anyway. Also, the wedding was beautiful and amazing. I caught the bouquet at the end. If I’m the next to get married, I might have to look into my sister’s customized nutritional plan. I want to look as beautiful as she did on my wedding day
