My boyfriend and I went out of town for the holidays, and all of us went on a small cruise around the sea, and both of us were gone for 4 mornings and 5 afternoons, then before both of us left for getaway, both of us turn the furnace thermostat down to 60 degrees; With no a single in the house for numerous afternoons, it seemed like a waste to keep the temperature much higher. My boyfriend and I knew both of us would return to a freezing room, but both of us did not anticipate freezing un-even temperatures, neither a single of us have any plan how long the furnace was broken, but it wasn’t working when both of us arrived house from the airport. After a long and bad getaway, both of us were not absolutely gleeful to find a major heating problem; I checked the thermostat for troubles, and I even checked the breakers and the power, but that’s all of the expertise I possess on fixing the furnace. My boyfriend found the number for the heating contractor, and I called to make an appointment, but even though it was a Sunday afternoon, they still had a maintenance appointment. They did not even charge extra for the weekend service. I took the next available time slot. A few minutes later, the heating contractor arrived. My boyfriend and I found out that our furnace had a bad heating element. As soon as the product was upgraded, both of us had warm air again. I’m glad the issue wasn’t something major, because my boyfriend and I spent a lot of money on our getaway. All of us genuinely would have been easily unhappy to come house and upgrade our entire oil furnace.
