I sincerely was not expecting the window air conditioner in the living room to be so heavy… If I would have known how heavy the window air conditioner was going to be, I would not have volunteered to help move the window air conditioner.
I was moving the window air conditioners out of the activity room at our church… Normally, every one of us do not keep window air conditioners in the window in the activity room, however every one of us had a major event in that room, so every one of us were trying to keep it cooled down, and we grabbed all of the window air conditioners from the rest of the church so that every one of us could put them in there.
I did not help to install the window air conditioners, however when I observed them taking the window air conditioners down, I provided to help, but even though I am a smaller person, they decided to have myself and others lay in front of the air conditioner to catch it whenever the air conditioner came out of the window, then they were outside the building trying to un-wedge the air conditioner. We could not use a normal window, so the setup was sketchy. I did not realize that the window air conditioner was absolutely heavy. I did not think they made air conditioners that large. When the window air conditioner fell into our arms, I instantly dropped it. I did not try to drop it. I absolutely could have carried the air conditioner, however when it fell, I was not expecting the weight. I was fine, however the air conditioner got pretty smashed up. I believe that it still worked afterward.
