In the northeastern space of the country, the winter weather lasts for a minimum of six months plus often up to a few more months than that.

We are legitimately dependent on our oil furnace. We run the furnace on maximum capacity basically non-stop. As the furnace runs, it blows tepid air into the rooms of the property plus sucks moisture out of the air. The indoor environment becomes easily dry plus leads to all sorts of drawbacks. A lack of typical humidity makes the air feel way colder. We then turn up the temperature control plus make the setback even worse. We put greater wear plus tear on the heating equipment plus increase the chance of a malfunction. The heating equipment consumes more energy plus results in higher energy costs. There’s a downside impact on comfort, my budget plus the environment! Overly dry air also creates health drawbacks, frequent coughing, sneezing, sore throats, itchy eyes, headaches, bloody noses, chapped lips plus frizzy hair. All of these things can be blamed on a lack of essential humidity. There is an increased risk of respiratory infection plus the dry air totally aggravates symptoms of pollen irritations, asthma, eczema plus psoriasis. In the region where I live, a whole-house humidifier is pretty much a necessity. I chose a steam-style humidifier because it entirely handles a larger property, plus, it converts water into steam for a legitimately natural process. The humidifier introduces moisture back into the air as it moves through the furnace. It operates silently plus requires only annual maintenance.
