With home hunting there is regularly going to be something you do not like about every arena… My partner and I toured tons of strange arenas before settling on the arena all of us got, and now, I wouldn’t take any of those other houses as a gift… The people I was with and I purchased the perfect arena for us, before finding this house, there was one home I seriously was considering.
The one thing wrong with it was the home came with many HVAC units.
My partner just about lost his mind when he saw that! Instead I focused on the big windows in the residing room that gave a gorgeous backyard view. I also loved the pressing laundry room and that the bedroom was laid out certainly open. My partner told myself and others that none of those things mattered, the HVAC units would be a thorn in our sides forever. I finally let him talk myself and others out of the arena and now I am so ecstatic. I can’t even imagine doing repair on many units. That would be quite a hefty HVAC tune up bill… What if something goes wrong with one of the units? Would it be a constant cycle of repair? The most concerning factor is why the home needed many units. There must have been something horribly wrong with the home to require those units. It wasn’t pressing enough to need the power, so the insulation or the floorplan must have been off. I am ecstatic I didn’t inherit anything odd with my current house. I am so thankful I only have one heat pump equipment and it has given myself and others no problems so far.
