As I lay in this hospital bed, sicker than I have been in years, I’m still harshly grateful to have my own control component for my own air conditioner for my own room.
I have never seen remotes for the air conditioner before in a public hospital.
I don’t stay in hospitals often, however when I do, enjoy everybody else, I’m usually stuck suffering with the freezing temperatures the hospital’s main Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan is set at… Patient comfort was never the biggest priority. The people I was with and I had blankets, right? This is the only hospital in this small city and I don’t guess what I expected my stay to be like, or my accommodations, however it easily wasn’t this. I came through the emergency room. It was easily freezing in there and I was down there for minutes. Plus, I had a fever and chills. It felt enjoy the hospital had the air conditioner set to 50 degrees, however the CNA brought me a heated blanket, a couple of times. I was admitted and given a small private room with a cable remote and a control component remote. I could not suppose I could set the temperature of my own room, however zone control, I think they call it. I had heard of zone control in private homes, even though I didn’t think it would be feasible to install it for tiny hospital rooms in a public hospital. That had to be costly and something that I assumed you would only find in private, for profit hospitals. However this hospital managed to offer zone control Heating, Ventilation, and A/C , I think it’s awesome
