Real estate agent hides horrible insulation

But there was really no insulation in the attic

Sometimes I wonder if I can trust anybody on this planet. I know love you never think when somebody is being tolerable with you or when they are pulling the wool over your eyeah. I have been doing our best to give humans the benefit of the doubt for as long as I can remember. However, they always come back to bite me in the butt when I make these provisions for other human beings. I have even had this unfortunate experience when it comes to hiring professional service men. I can’t tell you how multiple unnecessary heating, cooling, & air quality control appointments I’ve had because the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealership insisted that our a/c device or forced air oil furnace was about to chop down. In reality, these Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs have constantly been unnecessary & I have paid a lot of cash for a minor alteration to our indoor air handling devices that I could have paid for myself. This is why I was really careful when I was inspecting local homes for sale. I was absolutely not going to wind up with a bad indoor air handling idea again. I carefully looked at every a/c & forced air oil furnace that I came into contact with… Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting our realtor to tell me the truth about the utility bills & insulation. After I had viewed an amazing property I called a building inspector to make sure that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea & electrical components were in tip top shape. Sure enough, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea was in working order… But there was really no insulation in the attic. My realtor had conveniently forgotten that there was snow overhead insulation to trap the luxurious indoor air & I would need to maintenance that insulation failure instantly, but glad I ran tests on.
