Then perhaps you can play some fire crackling songs and then you might be able to trick your mind into believing you are in front of a real fireplace. It’s just a suggestion. Anyways, I have gotten so good with our meditation and I even make sure to adjust the temperature control settings to the perfect settings during our sessions with our smart thermostat so that I don’t have to get up while relaxing. I also like to burn incense and sometimes I use oil warmers for frankincense. These definitely help with your meditation process as they are relaxing. It’s also a good idea to use essential oils in your oil warmer.
