How could they send the wrong air filters twice?

A lot of people around the country are using delivery and pick-up services instead of going into the store.

It’s a great way to socially distance yourself from others and it is also an effective way to stay out of danger.

My wife and I have been using pick up services at the grocery store, hardware store, and the dry cleaner. I’ve ordered most of the other things that we need online. We needed air filters for the HVAC system last month, so my wife went online and ordered a box of six. We’ve been changing the air filters more frequently since the outbreak of the virus. The air filter is the first line of defense in our home and I try to keep it clean and free of germs and pollutants. When the air filters are working properly, they remove and block up to 99.99% of all airborne contaminants and pollutants. My wife and I were upset when our shipment of air filters arrived and we realized that they were the wrong size. My wife called the distributor and they were very kind and apologetic. The person on the phone refunded our order and they shipped another box of six as soon as we got off the phone. Unfortunately, the second box of air filters was also the wrong size. I don’t understand how they could send the wrong air filters twice. I realize that more and more people are using delivery services, but the same mistake should not happen two times in a row. That is simply carelessness in my opinion.
