And that HVAC system is the heat pump.
I don’t have all the numbers however just from residing here, I’d say 90 percent of the homes are equipped with plus HVAC heat pump. There is a reason for that of course. Namely, the heat pump is just the best at cooling a lake house as efficiently plus evenly as possible. That is a fairly indisputable fact. The weather here is entirely warm for about 8 weeks of the year so the HVAC cooling is on all that time. However, the heat pump entirely shines when it comes to the numerous month stretch the two of us all call heat season. Other regions call it summer. This is the time of year when our temperatures are routinely in or next to triple digits. That is a lot of heat. Couple that with near one hundred percent humidity plus you have a real sweat fest going on. There is no way I could even live through the Summer without the aid plus comfort of HVAC plus the heat pump. Back when I was a kid, people with means would transport north to some mountain lake or something for the Summer time. Every one of us weren’t that lucky. However, the two of us did have a heat pump plus our how was cool enough to manage the summertime heat. Yes, there is a fantastic reason that the two of us all have the HVAC heat pump. And that is because there just isn’t anything that can do the job of cooling a lake house quite care about today’s heat pump.
