Hitting our stride with online marketing

A former colleague and I decided to start our own HVAC company.

We had worked together for a number of years for a large HVAC company.

The fact that we were such a great team led to lofty dreams of working for ourselves. However, that talk started to turn serious as the dreams started to evolve into meaningful discussions. Then, it became an active plan. Now, we have an HVAC business that is still young but thriving. While we are super thrilled to work for ourselves and we love the HVAC business, it’s time to move toward a large market share. With this in mind, we started considering investing in digital marketing. Over the last 18 months, we started to really budget more money toward marketing. However, we held off on pouring all of that into traditional advertising. We both felt that going with an online marketing company would be beneficial. Both of us did our homework on search engine marketing and the benefits for a company like HVAC. It was clear that SEM was an effective tool to better market our company online. Once we got onboard with a local digital marketing company, they started with web building. We now have an online profile that is intuitive and encourages customers to engage with us. The SEO and link building are now driving so much more traffic to our website. We also use PPC and Google ads as well. The results were fairly immediate and we are seeing a great future ahead.
