Owning a company is not something that a single human can do haphazardly.
There are too many details to be on top of. If your overall attention & focus aren’t on the main priorities, the company suffers. I prefer consistently having my own dealer however the demands can be disappointing at times. Once I had gotten a greater office space, the company demands changed a bit more. No longer was it at all feasible for my staff & I to be our own cleaning service. It was clear that with more floor area & tiers of employees, all of us had to have a commercial cleaning repair to eventually take care of the location. The plan that all of us could keep up a location of this size was nothing short of absurd. So, I started to interview cleaning services. I noted that some of them truly didn’t seem like they had the whole package. Some could do basic janitorial cleaning services however weren’t equipped to perform floor cleaning service. And our current location actually would need grout floor cleaning along with the normal floor stripping & waxing regularly. I didn’t like the prospect of farming out weird cleaning services to diverse commercial cleaning companies. So, I kept at it before I found the right commercial cleaning business who would be able to handle all of our cleaning needs. It has been a real lift in life for myself and others to walk into a pristine environment each day when I open the doors. The filthy carpet in my office looks good & all the normal janitorial stuff is done as well. This makes starting the day a real treat.
