First, we installed a smart thermostat which will precisely manage the HVAC output. Additionally, we had automatic sun shades installed on all the windows. The beauty part of this is the smart thermostat syncs up with the sun shades and can close and open them as needed. I think this will save us a ton of money in HVAC costs this coming summer.
