I got a new heating and cooling component installed by our neighbor! My neighbor and I were both in the property repair industry! I have inspected heaters, plumbing systems, electrical wiring and roofs.
I was just getting into a/c equipment installation or Heating, Ventilation & A/C. My neighbor was new in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C trade also and we both got to task installing. I was going to replace the HVAC equipment on my home for the summertime season just to be safe and sure everything was going to be perfectly cool. I was a little apprehensive at first to let Bob task on our a/c equipment. He easily managed to convince me, but the issue is Bob went out of the neighborhood and I had to call someone else to come fix the a/c equipment. Approximately three days after the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment was installed, my guy’s youngsters were at the property and said the HVAC equipment went out! A brand new HVAC should not go out, and my neighbor Bob was out of the neighborhood for the weekend and told me I would basically have to wait. This was super frustrating and I decided instead of paying or waiting, I would fix the cooling equipment entirely on my own. The heating and cooling equipment was my task after all. It took me roughly 7 hours. I managed to get the HVAC equipment cool for the youngsters and reminded my neighbor he needed practice. Bob said he would make it up to me or pay for my section of the garbage bill we split. I’m just easily glad it wasn’t the frosty season and we weren’t without heat in the middle of an extreme snow storm. Heating and cooling isn’t especially easy but it’s undoubtedly vital and is a highly sought out luxury. The next time I would have to do work on our home’s Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment, I’m going to be much more skilled at fixing a/c equipment.
