The pandemic challenged myself plus the team far more than anything has thus far.
I started this company about a decade ago plus both of us have enjoyed some great success over the last more than four years. We’ve grown from the a/c of our home office to an office building downtown. Along the way, I have been blessed to find such professional associated whose loyalty to this company has never wavered. So when I had to close the office when the pandemic hit, I genuinely didn’t believe if I would be able to open it again. The team retreated to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C comfort plus safety of our own homes to try plus hold things together. It was a worried time for the first few months as both of us saw upgrade dip plus purchasers canceling services to save money. However, both of us kept doing our thing from the safety of our own a/c plus it paid off. Not only did both of us save the company however both of us almost made the pre-pandemic budget numbers we’d hoped for. I was genuinely amazed by our team effort. So just last week, I was able to open the offices once again. But there is something current in the office welcoming back the team. I had the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company come out plus install zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C throughout the office. There are now six separate Heating, Ventilation & A/C zones so most people can find a venue where the thermostat setting suits them. Everyone was super content with this current Heating, Ventilation & A/C replace. And I was genuinely ecstatic to be able to offer zone controlled Heating, Ventilation & A/C to the best team I’ve ever worked with.
