So we’ve owned our lake property for roughly 15 years.
And both of us love where both of us live to be honest.
It’s been a wonderful lake property and a beautiful lake house for our family. Plus, we got into it just prior to our community seeing a pretty major spike in real estate value. That’s nice to have in our back pocket for the future. So it was the air conditioner equipment of this lake house that both of us retreated to when the pandemic came around. I had to leave my office with the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C and my wife’s job was eliminated. She was able to work in the air conditioner comfort with me on some interesting online stuff she found. Mainly, she was supervising the girls as they schooled from the air conditioner comfort in the lake house as well. So here both of us are depending on the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cooling of our lake house more than ever as there is basically nowhere else to go. And of course, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment breaks down from time to time. Turns out that the heat pump will need some fairly pressing repairs during the year both of us have to cut our costs tremendously. My wife and I even thought about trying to locate a handyman to fix the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. Ultimately though, both of us had the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals do the work. First of all, they are trained, certified and licensed Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialists who guarantee their work. That’s not going to happen with a handyman though. While a handyman may be cheaper, it’s just not worth it to take a giant risk on getting some sort of faulty Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment repair. Plus, there is a sense of security knowing that the heat pump is now in the best of shape and that Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair is basically guaranteed.
