Well anyways, it’s as if the universe heard me and wanted to make up for it, because the next restaurant I went to I got the best seat possible.
I don’t usually pay attention to the seating whenever I go out to eat, but to some degree, it probably is a good thing to do so. Sometime back I got the worst seat possible in a restaurant, and that is really saying something because I don’t consider myself a picky person by any means. I am usually quite okay with whatever seat they plan on giving me. But there was one seat sometime back that truly was horrible. First off the seat was right next to the kitchen doors, where the chefs were going in and out. This darn seat was so close I was almost smacked by the door every time it swung open. This seat was also close to the bathroom, so I had a whole horde of people coming and going in and out of the bathroom as well. Just a horrible seat overall, I don’t know how in the world they could consider that an appropriate seat for the restaurant. Well anyways, it’s as if the universe heard me and wanted to make up for it, because the next restaurant I went to I got the best seat possible. The seat I got was right in front of a commercial air conditioning system, or to be specific the A/C vent. While most people probably wouldn’t appreciate the HVAC vent blowing on them all of the time, I loved it! I absolutely loved the cooling breeze on the back of my neck, especially since I seem to get hot really easily. The entire time I was there at the restaurant, I felt nice and cool. Getting to sit next to the HVAC machine kind of made up for my last experience.
