How Do You Stay Relaxed Each Day?

I really enjoy my life and want to be the healthiest possible, so I try to do all of the right things to keep my energy in check.

Some people are just relaxed all of the time. I have the opposite issue; tons of energy and problems sleeping at night. It seems like my body is always running on high, so I needed to find ways to slow it down. I like to meditate each morning before I get out of bed to just slow down my day from the get go. I also exercise a lot which seems to help calm down my body and allow me to focus and relax when I need to. I also do yoga seven days a week to remove muscle tension. I also think that heating up and cooling down the body helps it relax even more because it uses energy each time. This is why I like to go for a good fast bike ride and then follow it up with a swim in the ice cold sea. I also like heated floors in the winter because a lot of energy is lost by the body from trying to stay warm. I really enjoy my life and want to be the healthiest possible, so I try to do all of the right things to keep my energy in check. The body has its own built-in heating and cooling system and works quite efficiently in doing so. Just feed it the right foods most of the time, and give it some exercise and sunshine, and you’ll have many years of good health ahead of you. Keeping your central heat and air clean also helps the body by getting fewer allergies and colds.
