Trying to keep relaxed with an enjoyable heating and cooling system

Some people are relaxed all of the time.

I have the opposite issue; tons of energy and various setbacks with sleeping at night.

It seems like my body is constantly running on high, so I needed to find ways to slow it down. I like to meditate each afternoon before I jump out of bed to just slow down my day from the get go. I also exercise a good amount which seems to help calm down my body and allow me to focus and relax when I need to. I also do yoga more than six afternoons a week to get rid of muscle tension. I also think that heating up and cooling down the body helps it relax even more because it utilizes energy each time. This is why I like to go for a fast bike ride and then follow it up with a swim in the ice cold sea. I also enjoy radiant floors in the Winter because a lot of energy is lost by the body from attempting to stay warm. I entirely like my life and want to be the healthiest possible, so I try to do all of the appropriate things to keep my energy in check. The body has its own built-in heating and cooling device and works quite efficiently in doing so. Just feed it the appropriate foods most of the time, and supply it with some exercise and sunshine, and you’ll have several years of superb health ahead of you. Keeping your central heat and air wiped also helps the body by getting fewer pollen irritations and sicknesses.
