It’s important to look out for your health

Some people are relaxed all of the time.

I have the opposite setback in my life; tons of energy & serious troubles sleeping at night.

It seems like my body is always running on high, so I needed to find ways to slow it down. I care about meditating every single morning before I get out of bed to just slow down my day from the get go. I also choose to exercise a lot which seems to help calm down my body & allow me to focus & relax when I need to. I also do yoga multiple days a month to remove muscle tension. I also guess that heating up & cooling down the body helps it relax a good deal because it uses energy each time. This is why I care about going for a wonderful bike ride & then follow it up with a swim in the freezing sea. I also care about radiant floors in the cold season because a lot of energy is lost by the body from trying to stay warm. I unquestionably enjoy my life & want to be the healthiest possible, so I attempt to do all of the right things to keep my energy in check. The body has its own built-in heating & cooling machine & works effectively. Just feed it the right foods most of the time, & give it some exercise & sunshine, & you’ll have years of wonderful health ahead of you. Keeping your central heat & air completely clean also helps the body by getting fewer flu symptoms & colds.
