I need A Good Hot Water Heater

What does a broken clock have to do with a boiler or gas furnace you ask? Well, I was swimming today in 55 degree water plus I looked at the big church clock to time my dip. I don’t want to stay longer than 10 or 15 minutes or I will get too chilly plus shivering. Well, the clock was toiling when I went in the water at 10:15am but by 10:30am it froze so I stayed in for 25 minutes. That clock had always worked so long as I’ve lived here, it was ridiculous. So, I came into the condo right after that plus turned on the boiling water gas furnace to its highest setting plus filled the tub with boiling water. I was shivering for about 15 more minutes while I was in that boiling hot water bath. My core temperature got much too low plus I was legitimately close to hypothermia once again. I am lucky I have a wonderful steam boiler for my powder room to heat up the water so it doesn’t get cold. I love to put the thermostat on its hottest setting for my boiling water gas furnace so I don’t run out of hot water when I am taking these baths. I just use more chilly water on the faucet plus it equalizes the actually boiling hot water coming out while using less of the boiling water in the tank. I would love to maybe get a new tankless boiling water heat so that it just heats up the water that I am using when I take such boiling baths. The body likes chilly plus boiling temperatures combined in a shorter cycle.
