When my family had decided to transfer my aunt into the apartment many years ago, all of us had to make some swings in our home, however the basement already had too much stuff down there and it would have taken forever to clear everything out to make a living space for my aunt; But the attic part on the other hand, all of us thought all of us could make that work! So all of us worked to build a family room in the attic; It was a major project and all of us also had to consider what version of Heating and A/C program would be installed. We had a consultation with the local Heating and A/C corporation and the guy said if he was installing an Heating and A/C, he would go for a ductless mini split. We heard nothing except fantastic things about these ductless mini splits! Also, you wouldn’t have to worry about blocking the windows with window A/C units. It was just a win-win ordeal and our aunt would be perfectly comfortable with ample parts and a lovely view from his windows. So after completing the room with modern insulation, floors, and ceiling tiles, the room was ready. The Heating and A/C program was impressive too, truly powerful and energy efficient. That room was so cozy after it was finished and I was kind of jealous that my aunt was able to get the nicest room in the house! I was feeling quite awful for him though, because his spouse passed away and he couldn’t live on his own for long after that. To this day, he still lives in that room, and I have my own locale these afternoons. I consistently go to visit my parents and my aunt however!
