When my entire family had decided to transfer our aunt into the cabin several years ago, both of us had to make some swings in our home.
The basement already had too much stuff down there plus it would have taken forever to clear everything out to make a decent space for my aunt, and but the attic space on the other hand, both of us thought both of us could make that work, so both of us worked to build a home office in the attic, and it was a major project plus both of us also had to consider what style of Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan would be installed! We had a consultation with the local Heating, Ventilation and A/C company and the person said if he was installing an Heating, Ventilation and A/C, he would go for a ductless mini split.
We heard nothing but enjoyable things about these ductless mini splits, however on top of that, you wouldn’t have to worry about blocking the windows with window AC units. It was just a win-win situation plus our aunt would be perfectly comfortable with ample space plus an outstanding view from her windows. Due to this after completing the room with modern insulation, floors, plus ceiling tiles, the room was ready. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C plan was impressive too, easily powerful plus energy efficient. That area was so comfortable after it was finished plus I was kind of jealous that our aunt was able to get the nicest room in the entire place! I felt terrible for her though, because her fiance passed away plus she couldn’t live on her own for long after that. To this day, she still lives in that room, plus I have our own locale these afternoons. I always go to visit our parents plus our aunt though!
