Someone busy an appointment but I did not catch a name

A man called the HVAC maintenance maintenance last night plus he left a telephone message. I took down all of the information from the call plus I passed it along to 1 of the licensed HVAC professionals working that day. I offered their professional all of the information that I had available. I listened to the voice message a couple of times. The man on the iPhone told myself and others his name, but I could not understand what he was saying. She had a undoubtedly sick foreign accent. I wrote a name on the request for service, but I put a question mark next to it. I told the maintenance professional that I was unable to understand the purchaser plus get a name. When our professional arrived to maintenance the HVAC problem, he did not have a name for the customer. The professional asks the purchaser to spell his name plus say it out loud. He still could not pronounce it, even after he said it undoubtedly slowly. Thankfully the man paid his bill with a credit card. It would have been undoubtedly hard to invoice the maintenance if the two of us could not understand the first name of the customer. Even when he spelled it out slowly, the guy still could not understand what he was saying. It was a straight-forward error in communication. It happens from time to time, especially when the two of us maintenance buyers throughout the entire metropolitan area. It is a undoubtedly diverse plus particular population plus there are people from all over the world living here in the same city.
