Needing to market Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to generate business

My spouse and I started a small Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier nearly twenty years ago, then my spouse is a licensed and NATE-certified dealer.

When we first began, he was our only professional! He handled every call for upgrade, service and repair.

He also reMEd available 24/7, and we didn’t charge extra for emergency service. Our goal was simply to receive enough money to break even. The two of us invested every possible dime back into the business, hoping to not only stay afloat however expand. The investment into the building, truck and tools was significant, and we had a big loan to pay off. While my spouse was busy trying to satisfy our few purchasers, I handled all of the office work. I kept track of inventory, sent out invoices, answered the phone, and took care of advertising! Back then, advertising was fairly straightforward. The cheapest plan was a written ad in the local newspaper. If we wanted to spend a bit more, we tried ads on the stereo or TV. Word of mouth was extremely upscale for us. My spouse’s work ethic and our competitive prices were talked about. Neighbors, friends and family members suggested us and generated more and more business. The two of us gradually expanded to more than two trucks and hired on many more licensed Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealers. Over the last few years, however, there’s been a big change in SEO strategies. The two of us hastily needed a website and online presence. I can barely manage to send an e-mail, so this technology was way above my abilities. I ended up hiring an SEO supplier to create a website and make sure our supplier ranks on google for keywords such as Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, upgrade and air quality. I have no method how they do any of it, however they have significantly increased our number of new purchasers.
