I just went for a bike ride and a short dip in the sea to wake myself up.
I have to work for a few hours this afternoon and then my friend is coming over to see my two new pet kittens.
After that I am going to either play music and sing on the streets, or go hit the sand for a few games of beach volleyball. I just need to decide which one is more appealing because I can’t do both, I just don’t have the energy to do so. I’ll go to the local business today and buy a string for my guitar so I can continue practicing it, although drums are really more my thing. I also need to clean my HVAC system at some point, which will probably be tomorrow or Sunday because today is too filled up with fun things that I am supposed to do. I always make it a point to do something fun each day so I don’t grow old in spirit. Cleaning my HVAC equipment isn’t exactly fun but it does keep my house comfortable and that gives me pleasure in itself. I try to not run the central air too much in the day because the power bills can get really high. At night I need to keep it pretty cold though because I am a hot sleeper and don’t sleep well when I am too warm. I have a smart thermostat and it pretty much keeps the house temperature right on target. I’m really happy with the thermostat model I bought.
