I’ve been having some inner turmoil over neglecting our dreams so it is time to solve the problem.
I’ve been meditating a lot lately to try to calm this negativity & discover where it is coming from.
I labor each day for the local company & when I get home I can guess a sense of anger welling up in me. I guess it is from not doing what our heart is telling myself and others to do, most likely because of fear & a lack of motivation. I need to keep working at the heating & cooling supplier each day to spend money our bills although I also need to lean in the direction of our dreams so they don’t slip away & turn myself and others into a bitter ancient person. I’ve seen this happen with various people, becoming bitter because of the regrets they’ve piled up over time. My Heating, Ventilation & A/C rep neighbor is a very nice listener & he has also helped myself and others understand where our anger comes from & how to address it. I am going to take some steps in the direction of our dreams & see if this anger subsides. I guess I just got distracted from our mission & got a little lost along the way. My Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert neighbor helped myself and others so much because at least now I guess what I have to do to guess better about myself & dissolve some of this anger. I’m still learning about life at the ripe ancient age of 55, & I am also very grateful I got the job at that Heating, Ventilation & A/C company & met our friend.
