I just acquired a brand new home and the best thing about it is the Heating and A/C system.
The most bizzare thing is that I didn’t even notice how nice the Heating and A/C plan was until I began living in the home, but when I bought the current home I didn’t hear anything about the Heating and A/C plan and I didn’t see a damn thing other than a smart thermostat, however in my old current home I had a smart thermostat so I understood without a doubt that it was pretty cool, but I wasn’t that pumped up for it.
When I turned the thermostat on I expected to hear a loud furnace but instead I realized that the current home has radiant heated floors. I don’t suppose how I didn’t suppose more about Heating and A/C unit when I bought the current home but I was truly happy with my discovery. I don’t have the first clue if you have ever felt radiant floors, but they are amazing. The most amazing thing about heated flooring is that it heats the entire current home and it is almost one hundred percent silent. In my old current home I had a truly loud furnace and the only thing in the new residence that was louder than furnace was my A/C unit. I sort of got used to the sound of my Heating and A/C plan and periodically people would have to quite literally scream over the A/C just to talk. I would periodically use my fireplace because the other systems, love the furnace, would just be too loud, but another concern I had with my old Heating and A/C plan was the fact that it was central heating and cooling and it honestly didn’t moderate up the entire house. If your Heating and A/C professional ever talks to you about heated flooring you should do your best to learn more.
