Last week, the two of us had a storm that brought hurricane-force winds and torrential downpours! The result of the winds and the downpours had uprooted trees and broken tree limbs all over our property, and one limb had come down, and the two of us heard it hit the sunroom.
After the storm ended, the two of us made the decision to go outside to survey how much destruction had been done to the property and to that window.
The window tint had saved a window, however it had been destroyed, however we called the supplier the two of us had bought the window film from and told them about the disfigure. They sent a representative out to look at the window film, and he said he could service it; My hubby was skeptical about the repair, but he told him to go ahead. Two sevenths later, the window film service looked worse than the window film had looked after the destruction had been done… He once again said he could service the window film, however my hubby told him the two of us wanted it replaced. After removing the old window film, he had to split a current piece of window film for each window that was disfigured, and hang it, however i was worried because I thought it would be best to put the window film on the inside of the window, but he was putting it on the outside, but by the time he completed his work that day, our home window tinting replacement looked horrible. After calling the supplier and complaining, they wanted to send one of their professionals out to replace the home window tinting. My hubby told him not to bother unless the two of us were getting the job done for free, and the installer was there the next day.
