When I had a new high velocity air conditioning system installed, I was really delighted with how well it worked. Of course after the installation was completed, one HVAC professional made sure I understood the terms of the warranty and how not to void it. He said that it was required that I have regular HVAC maintenance on the cooling system every single year via qualified HVAC experts. He said it would be easiest for me to enroll in an HVAC service plan to keep up with all the necessary maintenance. He also explained that I would save a lot of money going through an HVAC service contract. I didn’t think it sounded like a bad idea, so I signed up for the contract. These past few years, I have really been enjoying my high velocity cooling system. I also have never experienced any issues since the HVAC experts take good care of the equipment. Also, I always make sure to change the air filters regularly and I use good quality air filters. There was a time when I was using HEPA filters which made the air quality extra nice, but I really can’t afford to keep up with the most expensive air filters. I save a couple of HEPA filters though for special occasions like when I have holiday parties at my home! People still love dropping by in the summer all the time though to see how well my high velocity cooling system is working! People still can’t believe it when they see my house go from blazing hot to perfectly cool within minutes, it blows their minds.
