I really don’t enjoy feeling enjoy a prisoner in our own home, kind of enjoy how things were at the start of the pandemic.
I have been feeling that way again for the past few mornings though.
Both of us have been experiencing a heatwave plus it’s just too sizzling to go outside. Fortunately, our ductless multi-break system has been running strong plus providing the perfect amount of cooling in our home, so it has been comfortable. I was harshly bored though plus I was hoping to have some business. I called up a single of our friends plus asked if he wanted to come over. The first thing he asked was if our a/c was working. I couldn’t suppose it when he told myself and others his central AC system died on him plus he just had a few window AC units to try to keep his venue cool enough. He said some of our other buddies were having the same problem plus he asked if it was okay for everybody to come over. I didn’t mind plus I was pretty sure that our AC system could handle the extra body heat in our home. I was pretty happy when everybody came out though because I no longer felt lonely. Both of us all played music, danced, played games, plus I even braved the sizzling weather later in the evening to cook on the grill. I made burgers plus sizzling dogs for everybody which wasn’t a giant deal, but everybody appreciated it. I didn’t even have an issue letting everybody stay at our venue until their AC systems were fixed by the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals, which I was told would be a few mornings. I was so ecstatic that our cooling system was working so well, even through the heatwave.
