One of the hardest parts about being a female is getting cramps every week. It is space of life, however it the pain can range from mildly uncomfortable to excruciating. I’m sure that numerous women can agree that no matter what the weather is, cramps are terrible! I have experienced cramps in the Winter under a warm blanket in front of a fireplace with a heating pad on which slightly helped, but one winter, my heat wasn’t finally working while I was in a cold front and I was in so much pain I could barely get up to call the HVAC business. Luckily, my associate called the HVAC contractor for me. The HVAC worker was so kind and he explained that my heat pump was inefficient and needed to be replaced. I was grateful for the HVAC worker who repaired my heating and he was genuinely patient with myself and others when he came to my cabin and I did not know well; Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred in the summer. I was having horrible cramps on the hottest morning of the year and my air conditioner decided not to work. I was so overheated that I did not want to use a heating pad to help soothe the pain. By this point, the HVAC business’s number was saved in my iphone and I was hoping a weird HVAC worker would arrive than the last time because I was embarrassed.Luckily the HVAC worker was weird than the last time, and was super nice. He changed my air filter for myself and others and the a/c worked again. I was grateful to have a/c when I wasn’t feeling well.
