I dislike dealing with real estate agents of any kind, so I wasn’t gleeful at the thought of having to get one involved when I failed to sell a apartment for a year straight.
It was a condo that I earned from a family member for little money plus intended to repair myself.

As time went on plus all of us saved more money between the 2 of us, I was eager to dip my toes into the real estate market again because the wounds from the original injury had finally healed plus I wasn’t bothered by the memories any longer. I got too eager because I made a mistake buying a condo with a broken Heating plus A/C system plus assuming I could flip it separate from making the Heating plus A/C repairs. It was in an area that is an up-and-comer in terms of the property values of most homes there, so I figured that flipping the apartment would be easy. That assumption was foolish. Every one of us eventually paid to have the Heating plus A/C system upgraded plus then renovated the rest of the house. Our hard labor paid off because all of us made a $40,000 profit after all was said plus done.
