When I finally decided to change the complete trajectory of my life, I didn’t want to fail again.
I was about to be 50 plus had struggled mightily through my adult life.
Making cash plus having a big time task was not so difficult for me. And I had the requisite cabin with all the amenities including the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. But I just wasn’t glad. My kids were off to school plus my wifey plus I had separated. I was laboring too much inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C of the office because that was an environment where I thrived. The rest of my life was a bit of a dumpster fire. I had tried to change lifestyle behavior previously but those attempt were half hearted plus lasted maybe a week at best. So I decided to get some help from a family counselor plus take thing one step at a time. It’s amazing how what seems prefer such tiny swings are entirely genuinely felt more fully in the aggregate. That’s perhaps to technical a way of saying it but it’s true. Even the fact that I chose to start resting inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C during work. Or coming cabin plus not standing in the central air conditioner for hours but instead go to the gym or out for a bike ride, all these things added up. Simply changing the type of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air filter I had in the cabin made a big difference. As I got healthier, it seemed all the more important that I have better air quality as well. My wifey has seen the swings plus likes them. All of us could even be on the road to reconciliation.
