My friends plus I were just totally fed up plus the people I was with and I weren’t going to keep waiting to do it the traditional way.
Perhaps the traditional path to home ownership just wasn’t in the cards for us anyway. I don’t know that the plan of saving plus saving until your 50 to buy a home is a sustainable model. And besides, I was sick to death of lame heating plus cooling in our home while building zero equity. So to get out of this continuous loop plus the weak residential Heating plus Air Conditioning, the people I was with and I had to get creative. That’s just what we’ve done as myself plus more than two other friends bought a home together. Both of us bought a large more than two story home so the people I was with and I all have a floor for our private living space. The couple got the bottom floor plus the more than one bachelors got the top more than one floors. There was some remodeling that had to be done to make the place livable. Yet, it was the Heating plus Air Conditioning device change that absolutely legitimately helps all this work. Both of us ripped out the central air conditioner plus upgraded it with a series of ductless heat pumps. So the people I was with and I all have our own temperature controls plus can track our expenses for heating plus cooling as well. Each floor has more than one ductless heat pumps plus the people I was with and I have another pair of ductless heat pumps in the shared study room plus regular area. That means I finally ditched the weak residential Heating plus Air Conditioning plus I’m now building equity as well. I’m super gratified with just how everything worked out plus I just appreciate the quality heating plus air the people I was with and I get with our ductless multi cut situation.
