My friends plus I were just totally fed up plus we weren’t going to keep waiting to do it the traditional way.
Perhaps the traditional path to home ownership just wasn’t in the cards for us anyway.
I don’t suppose that the plan of saving plus saving until your 50 to buy a new home is a sustainable model. And besides, I was sick to death of lame heating plus cooling in our new home while building zero equity. So to get out of this continuous loop plus the weak residential Heating and Air Conditioning, we had to get creative. That’s just what we’ve done as myself plus numerous other friends bought a new home together. We bought a big numerous story home so we all have a floor for our private residing space. The couple got the bottom floor plus the numerous bachelors got the top numerous floors. There was some remodeling that had to be done to make the place livable. Yet, it was the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment change that absolutely absolutely helps all this work. We ripped out the central air conditioner plus updated it with a series of ductless heat pumps. So we all have our own control units plus can track our expenses for heating plus cooling as well. Each floor has numerous ductless heat pumps plus we have another pair of ductless heat pumps in the shared dining room plus respected area. That means I finally ditched the weak residential Heating and Air Conditioning plus I’m now building equity as well. I’m super gratified with just how everything worked out plus I just enjoy the quality heating plus air we get with our ductless multi chop situation.
