My customer base was waning.

I loved owning an HVAC company, but I was worried about my customer base. I once had over 100 customers, and that was a lot for a small HVAC company in a rural area. I was down to 40 customers and I was worried I would need to close my HVAC company. I was already laying off HVAC technicians and getting ready to sell my service vans and much of my HVAC inventory. I couldn’t figure out why this happened, but I had to find a way to get customers back. If not get my customers back, I had to gain new customers. I didn’t know how to do this. I had no idea how to solicit customers. I knew I could advertise on television, but that cost a lot of money. The way my business was going, it would probably take all of my savings. I thought about hiring a web developer and have them update my website and do some work on it, but I didn’t know who to talk to. Then, something odd happened and I had no idea how the information came on my desk, but I had a piece of paper with a phone number on it, and it was for online marketing company. When I called the number, I was talking to a man who was an HVAC technician at one time. He was now part of the online marketing company. Because of his knowledge of HVAC, he had his own department. In the marketing company. He gave me information on how to turn my HVAC company around and make it profitable again. Within a year, my HVAC company was one again growing and it was all because of the online marketing company and my HVAC marketing specialist.
